SHIPPING POLICY
All our orders get processed and packaged at our home studio in Ahmedabad within 2-3 working days, post which they are ready to be dispatched. Our delivery times range from 3-10 days, depending on the city and the pin code where you place the order from. We partner with the most reliable shipping companies in India to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, do not worry. We replace the product for you or offer you a complete refund. All you need to do is click a picture of the damaged goods and mail it to us at kaagazkollectiv@gmail.com so that we can take the corrective action that you choose. We request you to kindly do this within 3 days of receiving the product so that we can arrange either a replacement for you or a refund. The refunds should reflect in your account within 7-10 working days from the date of refund processing.
