Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at kaagazkollectiv@gmail.com with images of the damaged product within 4 days of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced or refund your money whichever is preferred.
Complete amount will be refunded and it can reflect in your account in 7-10 business days from the refund processed date.
Our courier partner will make an attempt to reach you via a phone call or SMS when delivering the order. Please ensure that you take calls from our courier partner to facilitate delivery of your package.
Once the parcel has been shipped back to us, we will automatically cancel that order. The payment made by you towards the cancelled order will be refunded via your original mode of payment.
We make sure that all the products are sent to you in one package. Please mail us at kaagazkollectiv@gmail.com with the details of the missing product but within 4 days of receiving your order. We shall check it out and get it sorted immediately.
In case you haven’t received your order, Please drop us a mail at kaagazkollectiv@gmail.com within 24 hrs of the delivery mentioned in the tracking link. We shall check with the courier service.
Please mail us at kaagazkollectiv@gmail.com for any cancellation requests. We can only cancel orders if they haven’t been processed by our shipping partner i.e. until the status of your order remains unfulfilled. Once the order is processed or shipped we will not be able to cancel it.
If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed within 7- 10 working days.
Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
